On our way back from Aix en Provence, we stopped at the Chateau Val Joanis Winery et Jardins (and Gardens). Along with the winery there is a beautiful 18th century garden that was created using stones salvaged from a Roman pool. The garden includes a traditional kitchen garden and a collection of roses, perennials and a variety of Mediterranean species. We tasted wine and bought some for our dinner tonight.
